At Lola’s Patch, I want you to absolutely love your bag! If something’s not quite right, here’s what you need to know about returns, exchanges, and repairs.

Returns & Exchanges

I offer an exchange for unused bags returned within 14 days of delivery. This DOES NOT apply to customised bags, as they are uniquely made just for you.

💡 Change of Mind?

Unfortunately, no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices (hey, we all have those moments, right?). But you can exchange your bag for another. Please note, you’ll need to cover return postage costs.

💡 Defective or Faulty Bag?

If your bag has a defect, no worries! I offer free repairs within 12 months. If the issue can’t be fixed (within reason), you may be eligible for a replacement.

🔑 Important: I cannot accept returns or repairs on items that have been altered or repaired by an external source.

How to Return Your Bag

1️⃣ Shoot me an email at lolaspatch1@gmail.com with your order number. 2️⃣ Carefully pack your bag (don’t forget any dust bags, if provided). 3️⃣ Use your preferred postal carrier and keep the tracking number. 4️⃣ Return postage is on you, but please consider insuring your package.

🔹 Eligibility Requirements:

• The bag must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included.
• Please pack your return carefully—items returned wrinkled or in non-saleable condition won’t be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Bags

Customised bags are non-returnable because they’re handmade just for you. I’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process, sending photos to confirm everything is exactly how you want it. Don’t hesitate to email me before placing your order if you have any questions!
