1. Introduction
Welcome to Lola’s Patch! By using my website and purchasing my handmade bags, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Orders
All bags are individually handcrafted by me, meaning slight variations may occur. This is part of the charm of handmade goods. Custom orders are accepted but require 50% non- refundable payment before production begins.

3. Payments
I accept payments via credit card, Square, bank deposits  and other secure methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4. Shipping & Delivery
I ship within Australia and internationally to designated countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, and New Zealand. If you're outside these regions, feel free to contact me to discuss shipping options.

Shipping fees via Australia Post start at $30 and increase based on weight. Please reach out for an accurate postage quote, as the buyer assumes all postage costs. I will always refund any shipping overages. While I do my best to meet estimated delivery times, delays beyond my control may occur.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty. If you receive a defective product, please contact me within 7 days to discuss a resolution.

6. Care Instructions
To maintain the quality of your handmade bag, follow the care instructions provided. Leather products require special care to ensure longevity.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Lola’s Patch and may not be used or replicated without permission.
